[Support request] Widget Not displaying

I am trying to select a widget and when I add it and select it it doesn’t display. It shows that is listed in the customize section under Footer widget #2 but the actual widget is not showing up. The same widget is not showing up on my right sidebar although it is listed as being there. The widget I am selecting is Mailerlite sign-up form.

Have you checked with the plugin support?

The theme itself cannot stop a widget from displaying.
