widget area 5 not showing

Hi I am using the Vinyasa template on http://www.crescentgardening.com and have entered info in widget area 5 but nothing is being displayed? Should say "privacy policy"

in Customizer > Layout > Footer, how many widgets have been set to display ?
It was 4 - now its 5. Works. Thanks
