Why the TOC box is inserted the WP block?

I can't figure out how to separate the TOC box from the WP block container. Here is an example of what I mean: https://cruisingsea.com/best-foul-weather-gear-for-boating-stay-warm-and-dry/

It's added automatically with the plugin.

I found out what the problem was. I needed to change the Htag:)
Now it's working fine.
