why some pages are editable in browser

Hello Support Team,
when visiting the website then the given page is in editable mode why. For example, you can visit the given below link and check. You can type anything on this page and any text link is not working.

so to be clear:
1. you edited the page, and saved those changes.
2. you view that page but you cannot see your changes
If so, when you re-edit that page do you see the #1 changes you originally made ?
If yes, then try clearing any caches ( plugins or server and browser ) and the view the page.

That highlighted element with the id of generatedDoc is not a standard WordPress thing.
How is that added ?
Thanks for guiding me. Actually, I have not added these things. But maybe by mistake, these things are added. Actually, I have prepared content in ms word & docs.
I have removed these things. Now the page is working fine.
