Why My Site Font change in iPhone and Microsoft Edge?

The cache plugin is re-ordering the CSS which is why the incorrect font is loaded.
Work through the Cache plugins settings, disable any CSS optimizations, check if the font is loading correctly. If it is then re-enable each CSS setting one by one to determine which one is causing the problem.
