    It’s showing correctly on my computer which is using Chrome:

    It’s not showing that way on my macbook pro or iPhone 11 for the clinic generate press theme but on the old site (developed years ago) it is showing a dot even though I’m using a mac and thus it must be theme setting. please see private section

    I checked it on my iPhone 13, it shows correctly:

    I also checked it on my Macbook pro, and the same.

    I just to make it clear, the theme doesn’t have the ability to change your custom HTML, so I highly doubt it’s a theme issue.

    i believe you, it is showing correctly on my iPhone 11 too but not desktop. why would it show on the phone but not the desktop, could it be os version?

    What do you think is causing this?

    I’m not sure, have you tried using other browsers?

    If it only happens on this specific browser, then you should check the browser settings.

    If that happens on all browsers, then the issue might come from your computer settings.

    Lots of possibilities, it’s hard to tell.
