[Support request] Why do I get “Access Denied” massage?

Hello all,
I get access denied message for like 2 weeks. There wasn’t such an issue before. I’m trying to reach the site from Bulgaria. If I don’t use vpn, it’s impossible to reach my account. Also I’m not able to activate my premium version on my sites. I type my license key down and nothing happens… Can anyone help me about this issue?

Can you share your IP address so I can see if our server has it blocked for some reason?

I connected on Bulgaria with my VPN. IP has changed but issue still on. That’s why I thought this is not about me or my IP.

That IP isn’t blocked on our end. If you can’t get around the message using a VPN it’s not likely an issue with our server.

Perhaps your ISP is blocking the outgoing connection? Can you connect to the site on your phone when it’s not connected to wifi?
