And please confirm that Elementor plugin is activated at Appearance > plugins.

Hi, The cache has now been cleared and the add-on has been disabled. I tried the same on a local server, and it didn't work that way either. Elementor is already installed and activated.

It doesn't seem like Elementor is running. (or at least it wasn't applied).

If your server is using page caching, can you try clearing it?

Also, can you try deactivating and activating Elementor and see if it works?

If it doesn't can you allow us temporary backend access to check what may be going wrong?
