why are the footer widgets at the top of the page?

Hello,
This may have been answered before, but I couldn't figure it out.
If you look at my site, the footer widgets are at the top of the page. Or they look that way to me. Is this a setting I've screwed up, the way it's supposed to be, will they move down when I actually load them up?

Hi there,
The height of your content will push the footer widgets down the page, until they're at the bottom.
Yours are right up at the top because the page doesn't have any content.
