White space on mobile version

I am using the Dispatch theme and on the post pages, there is a huge block of white space between the header and the post title. Any idea on how to fix this?

I believe you're pertaining to the space indicated in red? - https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuPgbOb
If so, that's the hero section's padding.
Within this space, you're supposed to see the featured image of the post with an overlaying title like this sample post from Dispatch's demo site - https://gpsites.co/dispatch/styling/
That said, can you try clearing the site's cache and see if a background image appears?
I have it set to "no background image" in Elements. I have cleared the cache and it still is showing all the white space.
Okay - just figured it out. The spacing for the mobile pages was showing 70% and 30 px for above and below. I adjusted those down and cleared the cache and now there is less white space.
