White space above menu in header (SOLVED)

I am having a hard time figuring out why I have white space above my menu.

I turned my header off, and have no site logo selected (which is what would normally appear in that white space).

My other site I just finished did not seem to have this problem, and I matched the settings up the same way, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.

My site is local dev right now, so I can't provide a URL, but I have screenshots below:

Update: Found out what happened. I had header padding. Once I removed that, it moved up top!
