White Space Above Footer Widgets

Hi Guys -

Sorry to bother you for what is likely a simple solution - but I can't seem to figure it out. As you'll see on this page:
https://cdevwebdesign.com/about-c-dev-web-design/ - there is a white space between the last element on the page and the footer widget area. I've tried every setting I can in GP and Elementor and I'm still at a loss. I've tried adding CSS using .site-content with no bottom margin or padding, but that hasn't worked either.

Any thoughts on what I'm missing?
