I was advised to disable all my plugins before downloading the Woocommerce plugin. After I successfully downloaded the Woocommerce plugin and tested it, I then went back and activated the GP-Premium add-ons plugin, which immediately gave me a full white screen. I am now not able to access the wp-admin section of my website. As soon I put in my login credentials and hit enter, the screen goes completely white.

Any help or suggestions for this issue would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you,

    Roger

    Hi Roger,

Is this a fresh install of GP Premium you’re working with?

Can you try increasing your PHP memory limit?: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/increasing-memory-limit/

Let me know – we’ll get this sorted! 🙂
