while image is visable - scrolling stripe shows

Hello,
I have a strange problem. On my homepage when image is visible - scrolling bar turns up at the bottom. When I scroll down, it dissappears. I struggle to get rid of this scrolling bar. Do you havr any idea why does it show up?

its the Mega Menu causing the problem. See here:

If i remove that menu item ( in developers tools ) the problem goes away.
