Which, if any, Site Library e-commerce sites use GP Premium 2? If none now, when do you expect to add such a site?

Hi there,

There's none at the moment.

If you're pertaining to Woo Products and its archive pages, it'll most likely have to wait for another GP Premium update as the Block Element content templates don't work on WooCommerce pages. It's a third party plugin, GP Premium 2.0 isn't coded for its hooks and filters (yet).

Tom has yet to announce anything about this, so no ETAs for now, unfortunately.

Thanks for the quick reply. My question may not have been clear. I was not asking if any of the e-commerce sites use GP Premium 2 to customize the WooCommerce pages (I have Pootlepress plugins for that). Here's another try. I have GP Premium, but have not yet done anything with it and need to learn more about how to use it. If the library e-commerce sites are based on GP Premium version 1, rather than version 2, I am concerned I will be missing out on the advantages of version 2 when creating non-WooCommerce parts of the website (the footer might be a good example). I hope I'm clear now -- if not please ask questions. Thanks! (I like your wise man quote).

We are currently updating all templates in the site library to GPP 2.0.

However, even if you import the templates that are currently using GPP1.12.3, you can still update them to GPP 2.0.

Let me know if this answers your question.

It's good to know that the templates are being updated to GPP 2.0 and that I can update an imported GPP1.12.3 template to GPP 2.0. I am particularly interested in the Shop, Emerald, and Decor templates. Which if any, of those three have been updated to GPP 2.0?

None of them have been updated for now.

Those templates don't really use any of the new options in GPP2.0 so you can just import it and update it to GPP 2.0 yourself.

Great! I will choose one of those 3, import it, and update it. I just gave a 5-star review for support at WordPress.org.

Thanks!

We appreciate it :)
