Which CSS & JS assets are needed for cart icon to function

I'm selectively disabling assets on pages where they're not needed. I'd like to know which of these assets are needed on non -woocommerce pages (e.g not the product, category, checkout, basket, thanks pages) for the cart icon to correctly function?
