Where's can I edit form settings for subscribe?

Hi,
As you can see below link, I can not edit form for "please select at least one list"

I already check all stuff in MC4WP as below link, but I couldnt find How I can edit subscribe form to use.
Please teach me that.

Not sure if I fully understand.
When I go to this page:

I don't see "please select at least one list".
The wp-admin link isn't useful for us as it requires a login and password.
Please keep in mind that if it's a question directly related to a plugin like MailChimp then you will need to check with their support team.
