I have installed version 1.4 and my website is going very slow.
Where can I download version 1.3.47 or 1.3.48?

There wouldn’t be any speed differences between those versions – it wouldn’t be a good idea to go to back to old versions.

Run your site through a speed test: http://tools.pingdom.com/

It will tell you what’s taking so long – it’s likely your hosting.
