Where is the users manual?

I've bought the PRO version and started to create a website.
I want to create a silo structure with six pages, each having secondary pages in it, and each secondary page having tertiary pages in it.
Do you have a users manual that would show me step-by-step creation of a website using your theme?

I don't think that would be covered in the Docs page.
