where is the container background image set?

I have a site at generatepress.michianait.net using the "Donate" starter site. I am looking at elements | page headers, and trying to see where the background image is set. When I edit the "Page Headers", it looks like it only contains a container and a headline block. I can't see where the particular background image is set.
Please advise.

Hi Mark,
When you select the container block, on the rightside under the Backgrounds tab, you can change the image from Image URL.
