Where is the best place to go for a custom homepage?

What I want is too difficult for me to set up. Is there anyone that you recommend that can do a custom homepage for relatively cheap?

You can try contacting one of our site library template designers:

However, I wouldn't think they can do it relatively cheap as they are all quality designers :)
You can also try posting in our Facebook group GeneratePress community as well.
Using a service like Codeable suggested at the bottom of the page can be an option as well:

I appreciate the response and I filled out the section to get a quote. Not saying it's not worth it but I'm gonna have to figure this out myself.
I think using a site library template is your best :)
Just my 2 cents.
Normally I would agree but there is a section that I am really wanting that I'm struggling with.
