Where are Blog Options?

I have a site with not much more than a blog (some 30,000 posts), and a couple of pages (e.g. about). Running GeneratePress 2.4.1 and GP Premium 1.9.1. The blog is the front page.

I would like to remove the "by <author>" credit on the posts. I was told I needed Premium to do that. So I bought it.

But I can't find the Blog options. Yes, everything is "activated" on the GP Premium page.

Every post I see on this forum says to "go to the blog" to see these options. There is no "blog" page, the home page is the blog page.

Help?

Dear me, that is obtuse. I've been to that help page ten times. I had NO idea how to get there.

Nowhere does it indicate that I needed to go in under Layout > Blog > ... to get to that page.

I've been looking for a top level item called "Blog".

I'm more than familiar with the customizer. I was looking endlessly through the customizer for a top level item called "blog".

Suggestion: that page (https://docs.generatepress.com/article/blog-content-layout/) has an image that cuts off the top of the customizer. The part that shows the "Customizing > Layout > Blog" part of the image. If I had seen that, I'd have seen it was part of Layout.

Thank you.

Ahh ok I see where the confusion is coming from now.

I will make the edit to add the note.

Thanks for your inputs!
