When searching post it will be show read more buttons and other pages

When we search any keyword in search box it will be displayed lots of post and pages with "read more" button.
also, one extra keyword is generated after the original link. e.g https://your-website.com/topic/#more-24204.
The #more-24204 this keyword is autogenerated in all search posts. (I have test in localhost site)
Please help how we can resolve this error.

I have one more issue found when we type any keyword in the "Search box" it will display all posts and pages in results. It will be irrelevant.

how we can search a particular keyword and display only a particular post. Not whole posts and pages.

Please help me resolve this error.
