When i tray to install a plugin (what ever plugi) the main menu items disapear

froam yesterday when i try to install whatever plugin , after instalation and activation, the main items menu disapear. I cant install new pugins . thank you

This is highly unlikely a theme issue especially it started yesterday.
Does it happen if you disable all plugin except GP Premium?

i didnt try but it nos depends of an specific plugin. It happens indiferent what plugin i install.
