    I am trying to download the premium. It appears to download, but when I try to upload it, it isn’t in my files?

    I also tried to go to Appearance, GeneratePress, Updates to add my license. But I don’t have a ‘updates’ field?

    is the GP Premium plugin already installed on your site ? If so – is it Activated ?

    Thank you! I hope this worked for you. This is what I see when I download the premium and then go to upload it into my website.

    Not sure if I fully understand.

    When the file is first downloaded, it should be a .zip file and that’s the file you need to upload.

    Can you try following the video here?

    Thanks, that’s the video I followed. I took it step-by-step, but I don’t get a .zip file? I’m not sure what to do. I’ve used premium prior to this, and downloaded it just fine. Is there a way to turn this back into a zip file?
