When the file is first downloaded, it should be a .zip file and that’s the file you need to upload. I took it step-by-step, but I don’t get a .zip file? I’m not sure what to do. I’ve used premium prior to this, and downloaded it just fine. Is there a way to turn this back into a zip file?
