when I download premium, it doesn't show up in my files

I also tried to go to Appearance, GeneratePress, Updates to add my license. But I don't have a 'updates' field?

When the file is first downloaded, it should be a .zip file and that's the file you need to upload.

Thanks, that's the video I followed. I took it step-by-step, but I don't get a .zip file? I'm not sure what to do. I've used premium prior to this, and downloaded it just fine. Is there a way to turn this back into a zip file?

I use safari, but I did try chrome. I'll try it again.
