When i click my primary menu, it shows 404 not found. How to fix it?

go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks - and click the Save button a couple of times, this should rebuild the permalinks. Let me know.

I reset my website, everything is ok. But if I change the permalink structure to post name and save it, each page of my webiste show 404 not found. What's the problem? Please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.
