What should be logo height and width to be used in primary navigation

Hi guys,
I am wanting to add logo in primary nav. What is the logo height and width that you recommend?

The height of the primary navigation logo is set to the same as the Menu Item Height you set in the customiser. So best to resale your logo based upon that height.
