What is the "Export Settings" - "GeneratePress Site" Option

Hi
I can find any information about the "GeneratePress Site" Option in the "Export Settings" options of GeneratePress Premium
I can see I can select individual options above such as Core, Blog, Spacing.
But I don't understand what the "GeneratePress Site" option is
Please can you explain or link to a document, as I can find any info
