What is the default font?

I have installed the theme, with the typography 'inherit'. Can you tell me what the default font is?
Then I can use the same font in, for instance, my logo.

if no font is selected, as in all are Inherited it will default to the System Stack font, which is this:
font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol";
This covers the standard font sets for the various systems / browsers.
In the case of the logo, your Helvetica / Arial would be the one to use.
Should it not be Segoe or Segoe UI?
Or can I not use Segoe UI in my logo?
The Segoe UI font is that used in Microsoft interfaces and their browsers. There are difference to that and the print version ie. Segoe. You can probably find the UI font for download on the web if it is not available in your windows fonts.
