Try using plugins for this.

Most of our users use either WP Schema Pro, RankMath or Yoast. You can try each and see what works best for you.

It's really up to your preference.

I've inspected the site you've linked and it actually uses RankMath. You may want to consider getting that instead and ask RankMath's support on tips on how to replicate the same schema configuration of that site. :)
