Weird image size and arrangement on posts

Hi,
I wonder if there is any possibility to resize images included in a post and change arrangement?
The featured image is to big and the design/arrangements on "added images" are to big.
Or is this done by a plugin?
Hi there,
My recommendation would be to resize the picture to how you want it before uploading - I find this works much better than resizing afterward.
