StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
I’ve checked the link and I didn’t find any menus.
To clarify: Are you saying the menu is missing?
If yes, the menu is usually assigned to the header tag of the site. If you have a Layout element that disables the theme’s default site header, it can effectively remove the menu as well.
Also, I see you’re using Elementor as well. If your Elementor installation is set to create site Header template, then that can effectively remove the theme’s default header as well, which in effect, removes the menu too.
Perhaps I’ve just completely missed what you mean. Let us know. 😀

Hi,
If you see in mobile, menu shows but not in desktop version.
I have added archive link to show how it was looking earlier.
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportCan you have it enabled on the current live site so we can observe properly?
I’ve checked the new link and it seems to be working as shown here – https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOu9D7w9
But it took a look time for it to load. It seems like the script that was used to make it work loads too late so its functionality comes in late.
You may have to get optimization plugins to improve how scripts are served on the site. 😀

Hi,
That’s the issue that I can’t make it enable on live site. It was displaying well earlier.
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportI’ve checked the current live site and the elements involving the menu was missing.
These two elements – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uXr2rx
Which are the section that contains the logo and another container holding the hamburger menu icon were missing on the current live site.
It seems manually added so perhaps it was manually removed as well.

So how can I fix it? And why its working for mobile then?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
so the missing navigation/header has been created using Elementor, so somewhere along the way the themes header has been disabled … not sure how that works. If you want to provide us with a temporary admin login then we can take a closer look.

Hi,
Please take a look now.
January 18, 2022 at 2:57 am #2084241David
StaffCustomer SupportOK so – the themes Top Bar, Header, Priamary Navigation, Secondary Navigation and Footer have all been manually disabled in the Editor:
https://www.screencast.com/t/NmfVv8IWr
And looking at the wayback version of the site, it has headers built using Elementor. But if go to Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder i don’t see any Elementor theme templates for the header….
I think the simplest option would be to load a backup of the site. Or the alternative would require you to rebuild those missing Elementor headers.

Hi,
I don’t have any working backup.
Can you please tell me how can I get it fix?
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportIn that case, 2 options:
1. Uncheck the Primary navigation box in the home page editor, please refer to David’s screenshot.
2. Rebuild the Elementor header.
