Website Lib - Dispatch - Import Error (All other fails aswell)

Hi
Used your theme multiple times with no issues.
Have brand new site. Only GeneratePress Pro 1.12.3 installed and the theme.
When trying to import I get this error "0 error [?]"
Debug gives me nothing.
All other websites are running fine - using GeneratePress
I also tried 2.0 Beta - here I cant even get the SiteLib open
It turned out to be an SSL issue.
I closed it
