The Menu you have is already set up like the examples you show.
You can:a) add the Search icon in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation –> Navigation Search
b) reduce the site header height by reducing the top/bottom padding in Customizer > Layout > Header.
c) the space between logo and menu would need less menu items or you to reduce the menu font size and width
