that Link Icon and the pop over box is coming from Yoast.
And it looks to be their plugin that is the issue. Other user has reported this:

I also tested on a site using TwentyTwenty Theme and just Yoast installed and i see the same issue.

Other users rolled back the plugin version.

You may want to share your video with them so they can see how to replicate the issue
