Website design base theme?

Hi there! I know this may be a long shot but everyone here is always so helpful!!!
I am trying to build a site that would be similar to this layout:

I know I’ll have to put the work in, but any advice on what base theme to start with to achieve something like this?

Hi there,
thats a cool website, but we have nothing at all like that in our site library. Its actually quite technical, and i think if you wanted an exact layout to match you would need custom development.
But a similar layout could be achieved.
Out of the box you could:
1. Customizer > Layout > Comtainer:
Width: 1120px
Separating space: 10px
Padding: 20px All round.
2. Customizer > Layout > Sidebars
You could use the Sidebar / Content / Sidebar layout and set their widths to 25%.
3. Customizer > Layout > Header
Set its width to Contained.
4. Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation ( and / or secondary nav )
Set its Location to Float Right.
That will give you the basic layout. With the contained look and 3 columns of content.
You can use a Block Element to add content between the Header and the 3 columns of content.
