Website CLS issue

Hi GeneratePress team,
Firstly I hope this message finds you all well and safe.
So I'm helping a new client with her website and everything is up and ready.
But there's a problem... Whenever I do a web vital core check, the CLS score is very high. When I try to identify the issue (and check from my mobile phone) I notice the top banner tends to shift drastically. I've played around with the settings in the customiser option but can't seem to find a fix.
Can you help me identify and suggest a solution?

are you using an image lazy loader on the site ?

As soon as you mentioned that, I exclude the lazy loader for the header images and website logo... and viola, it is all okay now.
