Website causing MYSQL to crash

Hi Support,

I am not sure if you can help, but I seem to be having an issue with 4 of my websites on Cloudways hosting and they think my theme might be the problem. I am using GeneratePress Premium on all 4 websites and for some reason the error logs keep showing:
Got error 'PHP message: WordPress database error Can't read dir of '.....' (errno: 24 - Too many open files)

Every time all the GeneratePress websites go down, I have to restart the MYSQL service and that seems to fix the issue, and it comes back online, but then soon after it goes down again and when I go to those 4 websites it shows the install.php wordpress screen. Very strange!

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
