Having another weird issue – my subscribers received my latest blog post email lately and when they clicked on it to access it, they saw this: https://gyazo.com/698db38e643e8ed4aefada135f32f1ec When it should look like this: https://gyazo.com/cdbbdad3d80e142b6023cb80c3cd307d Also, I’ve had a few complaints that my blog is showing up with the screen all messed up, here’s one example I was sent: https://gyazo.com/9575a79fd6aa72877ef8bbb27f3eba3a Any help would be appreciated. I really love this theme π Zoe September 15, 2015 at 10:13 am #136989 TomLead Developer Lead Developer That first screenshot means you have the “Mobile Theme” activated in Jetpack. Go to “Jetpack > Settings” and deactivate it. That third screenshot is odd – which page is that? Do you know what browser/device was being used? September 19, 2015 at 9:07 pm #138112 Zoe Hey Tom π I’ve had a few more complaints come in about the last issue, it seems to be mostly Chrome that they’re using. Any ideas on what this might be? Thank you! Zoe https://gyazo.com/c88546f9a60abcb95626666a9e02777d September 19, 2015 at 11:44 pm #138145 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Can you link me to a page that’s experiencing this? Super weird. September 20, 2015 at 12:27 am #138150 Zoe It really is weird!! They’re referring to this page: http://meshbodyaddicts.com/lets-talk-about-mesh-heads/ (which is just a standard full page of a blog entry) and the home page http://meshbodyaddicts.com/ I was wondering if maybe I have the images too big? I had them at 1000px so I shrunk them to 600px, not sure if that will help it though…. Thanks Tom Zoe September 20, 2015 at 9:42 am #138232 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Hmm, something is definitely wrong. When the pages first load, everything looks fine – then it snaps into the messed up layout. Can you first flush and deactivate both caching plugins you’re using. Then try #1 on this page: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/ Let me know π September 20, 2015 at 4:52 pm #138333 Zoe Hey Tom, I’ve deactivated the caching plugin and emptied it, has that made any difference? It’s odd because from my side everything looks fine, but everyone else is seeing it all messed up… Thanks Zoe September 21, 2015 at 12:11 am #138377 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Aha, this is happening to me only when AdBlock is enabled. So this is most likely happening because of one of your ads. Try installing AdBlock on your Chrome to test which ad is causing the issue.
