[Support request] WebP support in header

Hi, i’m trying to contact you for help. I use WP Rocket & WebP images. All images are served in order – webp. Except the header logo. It’s still like jpg not webp. Can you advise me how to fix it? 🙂

Hi there,

Your header image is a background image for the site header element. I’m not sure if those plugins support converting CSS background images – you may need to check with their support.

If they don’t, we can help you add the static image to the header and make it look like a background image.

Unfortunately, WebP is not supported in CSS because of compatibility issues.
