We cannot disconnect our license of one site

Dear support
We no longer provide support and maintenance to this site which includes the licenses of premium plugins as GeneratePress. When we take a look, the license is active but the site is no there in the site list in our GP account.
Maybe it's a license of other customer. Could you confirm it, please?

Unfortunately there isn't a way for us to tell which license key the mentioned site is using.
If you have access to take a screenshot then I'd assume you can just remove the license key?
