Warning in Core web vitals: use font-display swap

Doing a text of Core web vital with the web and PageSpeed Insights, in the mobile version it warns of "Use the CSS feature "font-display" to let users see the text while the web font is loading" and indicates me the file of fonts that gives the problem: ...fonts/generatepress.woff2(neurorgs.net)
How can I apply this suggestion?
Note: I have the latest version in GP theme and plugin...and WP

best thing to do is go to Customizer > General and set the Icon Type to SVG.
...but they say to add font-display in the load of font file...fonts/generatepress.woff2...¿?
The suggestion you gave it's seems good but for other thing...isn't it?

If you follow David's instruction, the fonts/generatepress.woff2 will be replaced by SVG, so the issue should be fixed.
