We have just finished a big project for one of our clients. We used GeneratePress as the base of the theme development along with Beaver builder and Beaver Themer - all working very nicely together.

My first GP Premium site is https://rplstoday.com -- it's a pretty simple website, so I didn't dig in to GP settings as much as I would like. I'm planning a new website soon that will likely use much more of GP.

Also using Tom's WP Show Posts Pro, Simple CSS, Lightweight Social Icons, Lightweight Grid Columns -- all awesome plugins!
