And if yes then what i have to do and which extra plugin i needed.Beacause non of your demos are good enough all are just basic demos.
Also i try to make it by myself but i get failed that's why i need your help. gp blocks is very confusing😔.

GB and WPSP should be all you need. Or you can consider using Elementor if you want the exact same layout and appearance as the example site you've provided.

No, you would create a static page, and use the WP Show Posts plugin ( or equivalent ) to create that layout.
