Want to make dropdown answer

What will be the best way to create something like this I mean a question-answer page with a clickable view answer button to show the answer. I can make the Question and MCQ but how to make that view answer button for showing the answers.

a very simple solution would be to use a HTML Block and use a HTML <details> element - see here:

Sorry for closing it, a quick question, the below link is also on WordPress can u tell me how can I copy their style I mean that MCQ portion when I click an answer the correct answer hovers with a green border and correct answer title, and wrong with a border of red can u check for me once...
You will need a plugin for that, have a search for a Quiz plugin
