Want to hide this

HI,
I want to hide this information so that people can't detect the theme etc (For security purposes), I am sure such details existing in somewhere in theme which such websites reading easily, So guide how to hide such details...(snapshot attached).

It's bit confusing me as I don't want to delete this section (which may cause stop getting updates etc).
I just want to hide that information so that it can't be searchable or ppl can't detect theme...
Like via adding few hiding such info php snippets etc...which is not affecting any functionality of theme.

there isn't an alternative solution then what Tom stated, and in doing so you would not be able to update the theme in the future.
Hiding the name for Security purposes would assume that there were known security exploits with the theme. And we can assure that has never been or will be the case. So its really not worth the hassle.
