Want to duplicate an Element without recreate it

Hi,

First of all, thanks you so much for this amazing theme. It's so complete and simple !!!

I want to know if is possible to duplicate an existing Element ? Sometime, I need to change just some settings.
Is it a feature you can add or there is a simple way to achieve that ?

I would imagine something that copy also Hook and Display Options

Then the plugin option shown in the video would be the best solution :)
