[Support request] Want to display my site’s tagline under Sitename.

Hi,
On the top of the header, below my site title, I want my Site’s tagline to be displaced, even though I checked it on in the customization settings but it’s not working. How to do that?

Hi Naveen,

There appears to be no site tagline in the website linked to your account. Perhaps you’re referring to a different website?

To have a better understanding of the issue, can you provide the link to the site in question?

If this is the correct site however, can you try clearing your cache?

go to Customizer > Layout > Header and uncheck: Navigation as Header
