Hi there,

The example site is using a caching plugin so unfortunately I cannot see the source.

Looks like a plugin with prefix af though.

I would recommend trying to a few forms plugins and see if any of them has the option you are looking for.

If not then it might be worth asking on a forum like this to get more audiences and opinions:
