Want make transparent or merge with the page.

Hello there I want make navigation and header to be merge with the page. I didn't use a element here used block in page want make it merge with the header. Please check the url provided.
Hi there,
create a Header Element - go straight to its Site Header Tab and select Merge with Content. Then set your Display Rules. And thats it.
Without making header element is it possible?
The Header Element is the simplest and most effective way to do this.
What's the issue with using a header element ?
You don't actually have to add anything to the Header Element - it will merge the navigation with your page content.
Can you check footer want to make transparent and merge with the background. I want content to be inside the full width background image for all the pages but customized to each page and I have made content using block editor. on element I have to choose the html right.
